Can't change email address

Reference SSN-29370

I've been trying to change my email address all morning. The address Stardock Account Management - Account Info indicates that it has changed the email address

But no email is received. When I went to the site Stardock Support - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net), I filled out the support form under Account Mergers\Email Change. I received the following

at 11:55 EDT. I did not receive any email from Stardock.

Stardock has opted not to support their customers except through their site. I don't think I can recommend a company that is more interested in money than the quality of product and support they provide to their customers.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

All tickets are answered in the order received your ticket will be answered only submit the one ticket.

Support desk is closed on the weekends so patience please .

maybe try a different browser ?

Link 2 if an old to a new one https://www.stardock.com/accounts/registrations/
