In Stardock Launcher when launching Sins of a Solar Empire there is a button which states what is seen on the picture below

but when I click it, my browser goes to following page:

 

No matter what I try I receive the same page. Can I use this promotion? If the promotion is no longer valid it should be removed from the launcher.

The promotion ended a long time ago. It doesn't appear when I start it. It's probably a cache issue and the launcher hasn't updated itself on your system. Please try starting the launcher again.

Oh, that's a pity. I verified integrity of game files on Steam client, made sure the launcher can connect to the web and it still shows the promotional message.
