Inaccessible Hexes in .80

I'm finding a lot of hexes on the map that are inaccessible. Mostly hexes that look empty but will not allow a ship to enter them; but I have also found at least one planet that it would not let me colonize. I heard from another on Discord that they are experiencing the same thing, also effecting anomalies etc.
