Military Starbases Lacking

Hey I have upgraded a lot of starbases, and I noticed something that seems kinda silly. Military starbases do NOT get some military upgrades that economic starbases DO get. The specific ones I have noticed are "Starbase Defense System" (gives +1 beam/missile/kinetic attack and +5 influence), "Advanced Defenses" (gives +2 beam/missile/kinetic attack and +5 influence), and "Omega Starbase Defenses" (gives +5 beam/missile/kinetic attack and +5 influence).

Yes I do realize that military starbases get many other upgrades that economic starbases don't get, but those upgrades I listed above are incredibly effective and efficient military upgrades, that for some reason military starbases don't get. It actually makes economic starbases more effective as stand alone combatants as compared to military starbases in some ways, which just should not be the case.

I second his, its silly to not get those upgrade on the Military starbase, the whole idea is to make them be hard to kill

This hasn't made any sense to me either.  Maybe it is just a bug?

I agree. I will boost military starbases to be harder to kill.
