Unobtainable Pre-requisuite

So - in order to get these

I need Precursor Origins tech

But that doesnt exist anywhere in the Tech Tree...

Yes, this bug affects almost all races. But it is supposedly fixed in the yet to be released .80 version.

Weird - I feel I could build them in a previous version - perhaps the pre-req wasnt there then

Also - how are you aware this is to be fixed - am I not searching correctly or in the right place - I dont want to post duplicate issues and create noise

Funny... in my current game, I HAVE gotten Precursor Origins... and the 2 commander ships.

Not sure, but I MIGHT have gotten the tech via that mission that awards free techs though...

Yes, you used to be able to get them. The tech tree was recently changed and the bug was introduced at that point.
