Decommission Star bases Bug

Sorry if this has been posted about,,,,

I've tried to decommission star-bases and also use the cheat to destroy them,,,, the game just hang up and does nothing

I'm afraid you'll have to produce a proper bug report with a save file and all. FWIW, I have successfully decommissioned a starbase in 0.77b.
