Service Won't Start

Hi all. I've gone through multiple support posts and tried the purge bat file all to no avail. When I run the installer, I get an error that the application is unable to start correctly.

Then, the installer completes its work, and the app starts and I register with my key and email, then when I try to click from Off to On, I get the below message about the service not running.

I am frustrated and at a loss. Below is a screenshot of my Windows version. Let me know if there's anything else I can provide. Please help!

Thanks. I tried that, but this is a work PC, and I'm having trouble getting it to log in with the account I created. I'll reach out to our IT and see if they can help me try the clean boot. Will reply here with results. Thanks again.

Just wanted to follow up on this to close the loop. Was able to talk with our IT and get them to do the clean boot and that fixed it. Thanks for your help.
