Fences 4 update will not activate with version 3 product key

I purchased fences version 3 and have the product key.

I downloaded fences version 4 and updated. When entering my product key from original purchase, it states invalid product key.

What to do???

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Fences4 is an Upgrade not an update , so you will need to buy a new Key

for Fences4 .

You can upgrade from 3 to 4 here https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/download

for 1 activation or 5 activations ..

How can I download Fences 3 for reactivation on my new laptop.  I do not need more functionality and should be able to use what I have already paid to use.

Click on "View downloads". It should be listed there.
You have to be logged in with the email you made the purchase with back then and not the brand new one you are logged in with as GPRacer171

Old email was an old employer a s I cannot access. Any way to have that updated? I have my old license keys and everything.
