Is there any way to play Pre-2.33 Versions

I would really like to revisit old versions of the game, like when there were no citizens, or even the early versions after the release, when the adjacency of buildings worked different.

On steam, which is where i currently own the game, the oldest version that can be played is 2.33, which already has citizens.

Is there a platform ( GOG perhaps ) or any other option to play old releases?

I believe the oldest version we still have available on Steam is 2.33. Not sure about GOG. I'd be reticent to recommend trying though since it's likely it won't even run properly on a modern Windows.
