second monitor needs interaction to load animated wallpaper

Running 10.02 on Windows 10 21H2.

I have my primary monitor set with a static wallpaper and my second monitor with the Hexcore animated screen, no screensaver set.

My issue is that the second monitor will show the wallpaper from the first monitor when the computer boots, and will keep it until I right-click on that screen. After I right-click, it progresses to the animated desktop like it should've done when it booted.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
