Game Hangs after 2-3 Turns

Get Autosave from Link given, just klick "Next Turn" a few times, doesn't seem to matter where ships go or what is chosen for new research.
Game hangs on 2nd/3rd turn with "Unknown Civilization 6?" displayed just before the "Next Turn" button which never becomes active again...

Go to the main menu and click on resume. I am having the same issue and this often works for me.
