Issue since update yesterday

After I did the update to Start11 yesterday the application list now starts unpopulated. I must move the mouse over the Window no to see any apps in the list.

Also: I use triple monitors prefer my taskbar on my right hand monitor top in Portrait mode. The only way to accomplish this seems to make that monitor my default. But that messes up all sorts of other stuff that wont let me switch screens with some apps. Is my only option to go back to Windows10?

Just an FYI disabling the animations seems to cure the issue.
