No menus other then win 11 native menu

I upgraded to W11 from W10. I purchased Start11 and adjusted the taskbar size and positioning which was great but none of the menu options in Start11 work. I toggle the start menu switch to >on> and no matter which menu option I select nothing changes other then the original W11 Start Menu. Any way to address this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Would you try uninstalling Satrt11 REBOOT and re install it from your account page Reboot ,

Test and report back here please .

Thanks for replying back to my post. I did as you suggested and I'm glad to say this resolved my issue completely.
