Error in the games processing. How do I fix this?

Have the game via STEAM. Link below, is to the STEAM screenshot I posted to the STEAM forums on this:

The issue has to do with the display of  crisis event. The screen is showing, the tag/variable names for what is to be displayed, not the content that should be displayed. ie, instead of saying BRAIN PARASITES for the event, it says; "Crisis_BrainParasites_Name".

 

Then where it says "What are your orders?". It displays:

Crisis_BrainParasites_Choice3Dec

 

 

 

 

EDIT: uninstalled, deleted associated files, and reinstalled. Hopefully, wont repeat.
