Icons disappearing from iconpackager, seems to only happen with one set, not sure why

Hey all, I am having issues with an icon packager set not purchased on wincustomize, though the creator has content here.

I purchased Velvet Blue (not to be confused with Blue Velvet, I have that one too, it works fine) by AceMatrix off his iconpops site:

The issue is when installed (I copied the extracted folder to where iconpackager stores the icon sets like I had to do with Blue Velvet, which I have had for months), the icons show up initially as they should but when iconpackager is relaunched, some icons are missing, and even they are gone from the windows desktop, replaced with a blank page icon.   Also I have noticed that icons seem to be missing from both the icon set folder and the backup sub folder.

I am not very skilled with this program, I just want to apply my icons and go about my day (well night, since it is 1am Eastern!).

Can anyone here help me figure this out?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Does it happen with other Iconpacks? If not, it is best to get in-touch with the Iconpack designer and ask him to help you figure it out. You might need to rebuild the Iconpack.

So far, it has not happened with any other icon pack I have tried.  I am also concerned that the icon files themselves would go missing from the folders.  I can keep copying the original folder from the zip file over and they still disappear.  As for rebuilding the  iconpack, how would I do that?
