Objectdock

I've had objectdock for quite some time without any problems but after the most recent Windows update, the dock reset to default.

I have saved the way the dock was set up and I've found articles and even videos that explain how to get objectdock back to the way I had it set up. Only one problem...after they say to copy and paste the files to restore objectdock to the way I had it set up...they don't say WHERE?!?!?! Very frustrating.

Can anyone provide SPECIFIC instructions about where I'm supposed to copy and paste the files to restore the dock?

What version of Windows are you running ?

If Win10 or 11 Object Dock is not supported .

So while some features will work others wont.

I'm on Windows 10. Everything worked fine since 10 was released. Had Object Dock before that as well.

I found this:

ObjectDock

Well, ObjectDock is not a free app dock, but you can get a 30-day free trial to enjoy all its premium features. Since it’s a premium app, ObjectDock has more features and customization options.

With ObjectDock, you can create separate docks to add apps and files as per your wish. The official website of ObjectDock claims that the tool works with Windows 7 and Windows 8, but as per our test, ObjectDock works file even on Windows 10 operating system.

I've asked Stardock a few times before to update the program....evidently they're not going to. Disappointing.

Guess I'll look somewhere else for a dock.

Thanks for the reply, AzDude!
