Fence is disabled and won't enable

I had to uninstall windowzip on my computer, which is no big deal.  However when I rebooted, I get the message that Fence (3.13) has been disabled to to Explore not closing correctly.  Ok, so I click enable Fence.  The screen flickers 2 to 3 times and then pops the same message up that I need to Enable Fence because Explorer had an issue.  So I uninstall Fence, reboot and then re-install.  SAME POPUP!

What gives!

Let alone using Forums to make a request, when your a paid client rather sucks!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
