Is there any way to disable taskbar skinning in WindowBlinds?

I wanted to use StartIsBack for it.

No, there is no option for that without editing the skin(s) you want to use in SkinStudio.

you can disable it with notepad

go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds\skin_name
open .xp file  (usually XpStuff.xp or skin_name.xp) with notepad
delete everything under these section:
[Taskbar.Horz]
[Taskbar.SizeHorz]
[Taskbar.RebarHorz]
[Taskbar.ButtonHorz]
[Taskbar.FlashingButton]
[Taskbar.QuickLaunch]
[Taskbar.TrayHorz]
[Taskbar.ButtonArrow]
but leave the title section like image below, then save file
apply wb 2x (because once is not enough)
wb will no longer skin start menu & taskbar

Can I ask why you would want to use the other product to handle that?

The taskbar included with the skins is designed to match the rest of the skin.

Just a thought...perhaps that's due to mixing Windowblinds with a non Stardock Product (StartIsBack/StartIsBack replacement)? Does it still look weird if you remove StartIsBack and use the current Start11v2?

Which program are you using as the StartIsBack replacement you mentioned but did not expand upon, TovarichBen?
