How do i use the icons(.ip) and WinStyles(.suites)?

To use the icons you need to have the program Icon Packager (download for it on page where you got the icons). Its the same with the .suites, you need the Winstyles program to use them. That has a download link on the same page also.
It would be a better value though if you simply purchased Object Desktop which includes those two programs plus many others that you will find useful.
