GalCiv IV Bug Report Format

The 'Bug Report' category is meant to collect issues for the following:

• Stuck turns
• AI issues
• Failed tech
• Typos \ incorrect text
• Wrong images \ icons

What it is NOT for:

• Game will not start
• Crashing (please use popup crash reporter for them)
• Billing issues
• Missing paid contend (DLC)

Any issues with the latter should be logged in the Support category.

How a post should be formatted:

Title: [Area]: [Descritpion]

Body:
Version: [Version]
Details: [Detail]
How to reproduce: [Reproduction]
Files: [Files]

An example would look like:

Title: Typo: 'Exceedingg' spelled wrong 

Body
Version: 0.50 
Details: 'Exceeding' is spelled wrong at this location
How to reproduce: Start with X race and build Y.
Files: Links to save game and video \ images 

For file submissions, all content should be zipped and uploaded to the cloud service of your choice (GoogleDrive, OneDrive, DropBox, etc) and a shared link included in your post. Save games are stored here:

Single Player:
\Documents\My Games\GalCiv4\Saves

Multiplayer:
\Documents\My Games\GalCiv4\MPSaves
