Stardock profile issue: can't change user avatar

I know this isn't directly related to GC4, but someone on Discord suggested I post here. I'm trying to change my avatar on my Stardock profile at https://www.stardock.com/accounts/accountinfo but when I do so I get "HTTP error" in a little red box, even if my avatar is an appropriate size. Looks like something's wrong on your backend? If I open a browser console I see that the error is occurring in upload.ashx. Hopefully this can be fixed so folks can change their avatars once again. No, it's not working. When I try to upload an avatar, I get "HTTP Error" in a red box below the upload, and the new avatar doesn't appear.

I get the same error, and have been ever since I started.  This is why my profile is a wireframe.

And let's be clear.  I don't need "try another browser" or "make sure the specs are right" because I've been here since '17 and I've tried on several occasions.  Fantastic that it works for you.  For some of us it does not.

Hmm, something strange is going on. I will escalate this to forum sysadmin and see what is happening on our end.

Thanks for letting us know about the problem.  It has been correct and you should be able to upload your avatar now.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
