BUG - "Pirate Scrap - Success" Lockup

Turn 36, I got to this screen and the game locked up. I couldn't get a save of this for you.

Yes I get a similar error too... problem was the reward for the stealth upgrade required 100 credits payment and I didn't have 100 credits.. but there's no way to back out if it, can't reject the reward or abort out of the window, had to kill GalCiv4 process in Task Manager..
