Game Crashes Before it even shows on my Monitor without any error message

I installed this game on epic games and it worked for a day before not working Ive gone through epic games and they said its a problem with the game and sent me here to the Faq I did all of the troubleshooting steps and I dont even use citrix I have no clue what the problem is and just want to play this amazing game.

Please if anyone has a solution let me know this is so irritating.
