Fences disabled after most recent update!!!!!!!!!!!!

Explorer not properly shut down.

After the 7/22/21 update Fences is disabled with the message, "Explorer was not properly shut down. Right click and click "Enable Fences." When that is done it just repeats the message. Tried re-booting to no avail.

Stardock: Please don't push out updates that have not been thoroughly vetted! I don't enjoy wasting time on improperly coded software and I don't think any of your other customers do either.
