Where is my skin?

I just purchased The Blues by Lightstar. The DL link in my email times out, I've tried it with 2 different browsers, the skin is not listed in my downloads when I log in to my account.
What gives?
I have a day off and would like to use this skin.

When I look at my order history it shows the last thing I bought was in 2020. This is wrong. I bought in 2021 as well! For example I bought Dark Amber in May of 2021. If I needed it again, it's not there. My account is messed up. Pleases fix it.

Account is still messed up with last purchase showing as been made in 2020. Will report every day until fixed.

I didn't copy the ticket number but here from the invoice is the Order ID Number: STARDOCK210713-2856-59389
My bank account shows the purchase.
Also Skins I purchased in 2021 are not showing up in my order history. Dark Amber, Black and Gray, V, Tacticon, Black and Blue, Protocol, Neuron, Zodiac, Cryxus.
From 2020 these skins are not in the order history: Black and Gold, Orange Glow, Solitude, Captivate, Amber Red, Divinity, Red Carbon Fibre, Blue Chrome
To me this is what's most disturbing. I have email receipts for all those skins but they aren't showing up in the order history. This needs to be fixed.

Damn. I remember wanting to change the email address on my account. I guess I messed that up! I can't think straight right now having worked, gone to see a vascular surgeon for my legs and mowed the lawn. What a combo! Anyway right now I'm so glad I got a good report about my legs that even my account being messed up at Wincustomize doesn't bother me! Looks like I screwed it up myself. WAAAAAA WAAAAAA WAAAAAA.

It's crazy how these things warp out into other things. Anyway I have blockages in the arteries of both legs. Somehow the body is re-routing the blood according to the vascular surgeon. Collaterals. Never heard of such a thing. I walk a lot. I can do 16-17 thousand steps. Without pain. Doc says I gotta keep doing that if I wanna keep on keeping on. If I stop legs will eventually go bad. She said I'm in pretty good shape for a 69 year old.
I was real worried about my legs because they don't look too good. That's because of the blockages. The Doc said that is superficial. I would have to be in a lot worse shape before she recommends surgery. That would be for serious problems which I do not have. I cannot let myself go though. I have lost about 20 lbs and I have to keep that up.
My accounts are good. I'll just keep both. I forgot that I had changed an email address. I never finished setting it up. This was some time ago. Round about the time that the last skin showed up in the account I was checking.
I keep the skins I buy in a back up so I didn't notice the missing ones. Never looked. For some reason The Blues wasn't downloading. That's why I looked. In any event it's good now so Thank you Island Dog and Sean for helping.
