Live Folder Probrem

I applied my icons, in windows 7 the lives folder changed with it.... now in windows 10 they stay yellow, they don't chnage

my icon pack has live folders, I have been using them in windows 7 no problem

 

why can't they apply in windows 10...every other icon changed but the live folders.
