I would like to see an Ironman option added before final release, where you cannot save games and you can only resume where you left off. This is setup especially for point system type challenges that can used to compare with other scores. It prevents cheating, and it is good for broadcasters to show their prowess at playing the game.

I would prefer a score system that is consistent and explainable kinda like Civ 5. May not be able to explain who is winning but at least I understand it.

 

I have almost 500 hours in 3 and I have no real idea about the score system of why it wildly WILDLY changes.

This is an Alpha. I'm pretty sure the final release, like most current strategic level games, will have an Ironman mode.
