Changing Color of the Menu Bar

I am trying to find the option in Curtains which will change the background color of the menu bar. I am using dark colors on any app that allows skinning, and got almost everything black/dark grey except the very bright menu bars (the bar just below the title bar), like the screenshot below. I was able to do this in WindowBlinds, but I'd also end up with clashing colors, and black text on black background at the most unexpected times. Does anyone know a way to this in Curtains (not WindowBlinds), or any workaround?

I would guess that you were changing that color in WindowBlinds by changing a system color?  Curtains has no provision for changing system colors.  The good part is that it avoids the color mismatching and illegible text you mentioned.

I see. With WindowBlinds, I was changing the color of the menu bar by editing its background texture via SkinStudio. I would then change its corresponding text color to white so that the menu bar is legible. It's unfortunate that we can't change those in Curtains. However I like that it sticks within the Aero style so that everything stays pretty consistent throughout the interface. That's why I switched to it as well.
