Windowblinds is constantly updating my desktop, the theme is always turned on and off, and so on...

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your issues.

  1. Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.
  2. Windowblinds version.
  3. More explanation on you mean by "Constantly updating my desktop" and "Windows are closed"
  4. Any other details on your issue that might be helpful.

When I uninstall windowBlinds the problem is gone
