Curtains won't apply anything.

Installed latest Curtains from object desktop manager, when I try to apply a theme all that happens is the titlebar colour changes and the desktop background changes, nothing else is applied. Windowblinds is not installed. Windows version and system information:

winver

CPU: i7 9700k
GPU: GTX 1660 ti
RAM: 16gb

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/500728/curtains-support-faq#CurtainsPurge  Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount.  Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
