Snathi starting gold Retribution version 4.1 latest build

Hi,

I thought I'd try playing as the Snathi for a change but apparently they start with 2300 gold rather than the standard  5000 (at genius level). I restarted and got 2300 again. 

I can't find this documented (tried googling galciv3 starting gold but perhaps missed the right page).

Is this some feature which I've missed or a bug? (Perhaps minor races start with 2300 and it's got confused?)
