CMD window always transparent?

Even when it shouldn't be

Hi.  Curtains has been doing this for some time but I never bothered to complain.  My command window is always transparent, whether active or inactive, even though that feature is off and other windows work properly.  W10 21H1 with Radeon RX570 graphics card.

Checked curtains, WinFX 6 settings and made sure this feature is off.  Even put cmd.exe in exception list and not difference.  Is it just me?

Mine seems fine.  I do use it occasionally and haven't ever noticed a problem.  Otherwise I'm afraid I don't have any bright ideas.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I don't see it on my pc either. Is the issue theme specific? Does the issue disappear if you disable Curtains? And also notice that you on Win10 21H1, insider review version? I am on V 20H2.

Thanks.

Curtains doesn't have any features which should make command windows transparent (only explorer windows) so it is likely something else is causing this.

Thanks all for the confirmations. Did some more digging and found out it was actually WindowsFX 6 that was causing it.  Now I need to figure exactly which switch in that app triggers the always transparent cmd window....
