After trial period my Explorer doesnt open. Now cant even connect internet

Hi,

My Curtain's trial period ended yesterday i guess and today when i logged my PC Explorer did not load It was Just a Black screen. I hit ctrl alt del and typed Explorer but nothing happened besides a little popup at the corner of a message about some stardock product (i have many installed).
Through alt ctrl del window i was able to load stardock folder and open Curtains. It said my trial was over and o had to uninstall and restart. I did and now is even worse because Explorer cant load and um not able to connect internet anymore.
Cam you help me? My sustém os useless right now.

Hi.

I did the purge and is still the same. After the windows login its Just a Black screen. I have to open task manager and use my system from there.

I was using a trial account and the period is over. Curtains is reinstalled and asking my account again. Should i use the same or create a new one?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. When you done the purge and without reinstalling Curtains. Does your Windows work to load? If it does not load. Can you create a new admin account. With or without Curtains desktop and Explorer.exe doesnt load, its only Black screen.

I cant create a New account because an error message saying "Explorer.exe - class not registred" appears.

Are you sure you have not installed or uninstalled something else and then rebooting exposed it?

This sounds very unlikely to be anything to do with Curtains especially given you have uninstalled Curtains.

Im sure. It was a simple shutdown and not was installed or uninstalled nor windows updated anything. The next day It all happened. Curtains saying my trial was over and asking If i wanted to uninstall or buy/enter key, no desktop showing up only a Black screen.

I thinking about trying to restore the system or create a New stardock account, but i still have start10 and groupy installed. What do you think?

Not really sure on "Create a New Stardock account" about. You should be able to reactivate Start10 and Groupy on your restored system without issue. If that fail you can use this guide to deactivate those old activation and reactivate again. : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct
