6.11 prompting to download update every reboot

Hi, I'm running WindowFX 6.11. I've been getting a prompt whenever I reboot the system that an update to WindowFX is available. I can download / run the update, and then I'll be prompted to restart the computer, and I'll get the prompt again. Curiously, when in the actual WindowFX application if I click "check for updates now" no updates are found.

I recently decided to deal with this prompt. I ran the 'Purge_WFX.bat' successfully, re-downloaded and registered WindowFX. And then got the prompt again when restarting :)

Any suggestions as to what to look for next?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

In your downloads folder, if there is a Stardock folder, delete it and try again.
