Space Emperor and Honorary Stardockian

Hi, I've been enjoying the game lately. I've noticed, however, that the Steam achievements 'Space Emperor' and 'Honorary Stardockian' are no longer tracking my time played. There was a post about this on Steam and one poster suggested it had to do with Steam updates on Tuesdays. But that fix doesn't seem to work for me. My time hasn't been tracked since I started playing with a bunch of new DLC. Any ideas why? It would seem that the achievement only needs to track the time Steam displays but I don't know why it isn't. Thanks!

I think I might have found out what is causing the issue. When I went and selected 'Classic' as a Beta, it now counts my hours towards the two achievements. I'm wondering if one of the updates must have changed something to make the achievements/tracker broken.

I've been fiddling with it and, honestly, it just seems like the time-tracker randomly works and randomly doesn't :/
