Still not animated by WinFX, but it is skinned.

Oddly, I updated via ODM and still have an old version it seems. Maybe a uninstall and reinstall....do not even say the word purge.

Ok, uninstalling WindowBlinds and reinstalling fixed it.  I now have the correct build, Skype is skinned AND animated by WinFX.

Edge, however isn't skinning and it was before, but not completely.

You probably need to turn off the autostart in the background option in edge.  With that set the disable win10 titlebar command line will be ignored.

Well lookie there  I turned off autostart and Edge titlebar is skinned by WB. My question is, my laptop has autostart enabled and it's skinned.

Thanks Neil

What "Autostart" are you referring to, I can't find anything about "background option", or "autostart" in Edge Settings?

Well, I'll be damned. I post an issue, no response for 5 days.  I post a good review where an issue is fixed...BAM, a response one day later.....hmmmm.  I wonder what is going on there?.................

I want either Neil or Sean to explain this anomaly because this is fucked up from my perspective.

Why is it that it takes a week to get a response to an issue, and only 1 day to respond to gratitude?

Oh come on. I need a legit answer. No bullshit please.

In Edge click the 3 dots in the right top corner. Click settings. Go down to System and turn off

Continue running background apps when Microsoft Edge is closed

Restart Edge.

Easy, your initial post required investigation, your most recent post had a known answer thus the answer was provided.

Plus I happened to be browsing and saw it.  It should be noted that replying to forum posts isn't something thats part of my job.

is there any chance the vlc edge drawing bug reported here will get addressed?

I tried the WB beta .86 and it's still there.

WindowBlinds 10.86 (061 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS

Window titlebar blur features are enabled on this operating system

It might have to do with the older version of Windows. They always work on the current version which is 20H2.

Just a guess.
