A patch was just installed and now I cannot access GCIII without getting an error - The following DLC folders are in a state of partial install. I verified the files installed but still get the message. I have no interest in Crusade, how do I remove the latest patch or fix the problem? thanks

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
There is currently an issue for those that don't have Crusade, it is being investigated.
In the meantime you can go to the folder
\Galactic Civilizations III\DLC\
and delete the folder
EXP2_Crusade
for the game to run.

That will probably only work the first time you run. We just put an opt-in patch

Hot fix works only after you have deleted Crusades from the DLC folder. Then it works fine.
