How To Remove Double Status Bar

One thing that I immediately noticed after installing Curtains is that I had two status bars in my file explorer. One light, one dark (exactly like this reddit post). I prefer the dark theme and like having a more uniform look, but the white status bar stands out like a sore thumb. If possible, how do I remove this?

Do you have something like classic shell installed or something to add a classic look to explorer?

It looks like you have something installed that isn't dark theme aware.  

You should have seen two statusbars before Curtains was installed as Curtains doesn't add or remove anything from explorer.
