Blur in title bars?

Title says it - is this possible (for win32 apps)? I'm talking about the kind of titlebar-blur you see in the Modern-Apps, like photos. Since you can add blur in the main explorer window so I guess Curtains does have that functionality but I dont see it?

If it isn't available, is this feature planned?

Also, are there ANY tutorials for creating a theme - specifically the image sizes of the images needed to customize, let's say, taskbar icons. E.g. when I try to make my own taskbar indicators (for active apps, hovering etc.) and I just try to use the size I can see on my taskbar, it won't match.

EDIT: I just realize that apparently MS has removed most of these blurry title bars in the ModernUI-Apps. Weird, but I hope you still know what you mean. Here's an example from a third-party app (Notepads).

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe the blur part is not available on Windows frame part. Titlebar, left frame, right frame and bottom frame do not have blur effect. I have forward your request to the Stardock Support Team for their review and recommendations. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We really do appreciate your feedback, Thanks

Thanks for the reply!

This feature would be so nice, fingers crossed the developers will consider it.

Any news on this or where I can find tutorials?

Unfortunately, since I do not know the image sizes my themes look extremely off and I was barely able to use curtains during the trial so far.

Even when I copy the images from other styles and edit them they dont look right :(

Most sections have painting margins that will affect how the image looks when it's applied.  Are you getting the painting margins specified?
