Moving URL to Tiles bar results in rubbish name

I've installed Tiles 1.2 on a new PC . When I create a shortcut and move it to the Tiles bar I get a rubbish name that links to nothing. I had this issue some time ago but I can't remember how it was resolved.

I'm running the latest version of Windows.

Ended up removing Tiles and installing Fences.
