Ability to Put Bar on Bottom

I would like to have an option to put the Tiles bar on the bottom, above the taskbar. When working, we are constantly context switching and it does not make sense to have to look to the left or right to access a running program. Putting the tiles at the bottom would make it easier because that is where we already look.
