Mining Starbase names and income overwriting other players

Me and my room mate encountered a bug where my starbase names and income numbers were overwriting his own when you hover over the resources on the top, as if he also owned those starbases, while his own were nowhere to be seen. We tried restarting the game and loading it back up, but the problem persisted and we have no idea of how to fix it. I felt it would be a good idea to report it here, but we would still like a fix for it.
