Black bar across the top of Microsoft Edge Chromium v88

After updating to Microsoft Edge Chromium v88 today, there is now a black bar that goes across the top under the titlebar. Its visible where there are no tabs.

The bar goes away if Curtains is disabled and PC is restarted. Issue reappears immediately after starting the Curtains service. Have tested with light theme and dark theme in Edge.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I think this is Curtains style specific issue. Can you try other Curtains style that come with Curtains. Would also like to know what Curtains style you was using for that screenshot you posted above?

Thanks

I tried multiple styles that I have just now and they all do the same thing. Even having Curtains running and selecting the Windows 10 style doesn't fix it. Only way I can get the black bar to go away is to disable the Curtains service in services.msc & restart. As soon as I enable & start the service, the issue comes back.

For the style in the screenshot, I am using "New Acrylic" by Austin.

Thank you for reporting this.

We have reproduced it internally and the next update should contain a fix for this.
