Can you use a tiled image for the titlebar?

I'm guessing this is impossible due to how Windows works, but I'm wondering if there's a way to make an image tiled over the titlebar?  As in how you can tile an image on the Desktop background or on a web page.

I made a Christmas style last month, using a small repeated plaid pattern, and it looked pretty good in some windows:

But in others, it got scrunched a bit:

And in larger or maximized windows, the image got pulled out:

I experimented with different sizes, painting margins, and explored the forums here for insight, but wasn't able to produce the effect I was looking for.  Is this not a possible thing?  Other creative suggestions would be greatly welcomed too.

Unfortunately not.

Unlike WindowBlinds, Curtains always uses stretch on titlebars outside of the margins.
