Can you change the title bar and window text colors?

Is there a way to change the text colors in curtains? Some of the text is unreadable with some of the styles I make.

Hello,

You can change the Titlebar text color, but I don't think you can change the Windows text color.

To change titlebar text color, please refer screenshot below.
