Hi,

is there any way to convert WindowsBlind theme into .msstyles format?

Yes, Open the Windowblinds skin in Skin studio, then open and save all the Parts/images of the skin (that you want to use) in Photoshop and save them to disk.

-Put them all in to the "MsStyles-Editor" of your choice and create your new MsStyle ;)

-Other than this procedure -NO

Could you please introduce a good MsStyles-Editor?

-I just looked at their forum, and see people like Mr GRiMM (a famous theme maker),
talking about a start menu in Windows 10 section. So I gather program still works in Windows 10.

Perhaps You should state that it is a "NoGo" to publish those styles afterwards without permission. ;-)

-If one "Modifies" an existing theme of course it should be for Personal use only.

-IF however, he creates a skin from scratch with the Editor then he can do whatever he wants with it.

-We all learned how to skin by first modifying and looking "under the hood" of existing skins etc. |-)
