Moving Shortcut to Tile Does Not Work

When i try to drag any shortcut to a tile i get the circle with a slash through it indicating that it cannot be done.  I've tried everything.  Shortcuts will not drag in.

Steps taken.

1. Make shortcut and move it to desktop
2. Drag to the tile bar

Does not work.  I have dragged over the entire length of the tile bar from top to bottom...no dice.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more information in your system.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

2) Does this issue happen since you installed or just recently and it use to worked before? If it just recently, anything change recently? New Windows update? etc?
