Cannot turn main slider to ON to activate all features

Slider moves back to OFF automatically after several seconds

Hi.  I renewed my Object Desktop subscription and decided to give WindowsFX a try.  Unfortunately, I cannot get it to turn on so I can use the features.  The main "WindowsFX Features" slider will not remain in the "ON" position when I move it.  After a few seconds, it turns off.  I am on Windows 10 Professional with all the latest non-beta updates for Windows and Object Desktop.  My computer definitely has the hardware capable of running it.  I'm not sure where to start for diagnosing the issue.  Thanks for your help.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/485903/windowfx-support-faq#reinstalling . Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge, reinstall using the latest downloaded version. Reboot again. and retest. Report back here.

If you still have issue after the purge and reinstall. Need to know.

1) Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

2) WindowFX version.
