Which package generates the Explorer icons??

I just purchased and installed the beautiful Meranti theme... so nice...
I have one confusion, though... one of the reasons that I got it, was because the sample image showed really cool skinned folder icons in Explorer... but I'm not getting those...

So what package skins the icons??
This is actually something that I've wondered about in the past, but this issue finally got me to post the question !!
