File Explorer new tab should be configurable based on user choice

I realized that the new tab opens a copy of the current open tab and this is not useful unless I want it to do so. The new tab should be configurable to open any system folder like "Quick access", "This PC", "Network", "Libraries", or any user chosen folder. Having the ability to chose whether to open a new tab or a another instance of the currently open tab is useful too. Right clicking on the new tab button currently opens a new tab which I suggest can be changed instead to open one of a list of pre-configured folders or a copy of the actively open folder.
